How to book
We accept bookings by phone,
fax
or email.
All receive a confirmation
reply.
For journeys going to the
airport, we need to know;
- How many people (adults
and children).
- The pick up address and
any other pick up points.
- The airport and terminal.
- Your check in time (not
flight time).
For journeys returning
from the airport, we need
to know;
- The airport and terminal.
- Your flight number and
carrier (BA, Easy jet,
Virgin, etc.).
- Your country of origin.
- Flight arrival time
(not when your flight
leaves).
- Contact name.
- Your return address
and any other drop offs.
Bookings can be paid by
all major credit cards either
by visiting our office
or by phone.
Child seats are available
on request at no extra charge.
Don't forget that saloon
cars have limited boot space.
If you have extra or large
suitcases you might consider
an estate car.
