Happy New Year !
I can say now that we have got through the
holiday period relatively unscathed. It as
always a difficult time, as a
lot of drivers take time off to
be with their families (can't blame them
for that!) and as such it can be difficult to
get a balance between enough cars for the
customers and enough customers for the cars.
Still, the website is a success with 6,367 hits
during December. Included in that number are 32 visitors from Poland ( Poland!)
7 from the U.S.A, 7 from Australia, 4 from the Netherlands and 2 from France.
Disappointingly, only 4 replies to the customer survey. Not enough to draw any
conclusions.
My New Year resolution is to improve our service, so
I do need to know where we are going wrong. Saying that, if you want to tell me
what a wonderful company I have, please do. I know it will brighten my day.
